Korba Parish Yuva Sangh meeting held on 27.03.2011 in Kusmunda Mandali. The Main Agenda of this meeting are :

2. Discussion about Sunday School.
3. 50 % fund of Yuva sangh and Sunday School of all Mandali, must be submitted to the Parish.
4. Fund Collection for the Western region Yuva Sangh Program.
5. Deciding Date and Place for Parish Yuva Sangh Bible Class.
6. Funding For Bible Class . Fund must be submitted by 17th of April.
7. Discussion about welcoming Guests.
8. Selection of Teachers for Teaching.
9. Candidate Selection for "Mini Summer class" going to held on (28.4.11 to 03.5.11).
10.Arrangements for Organizing program.
The Result of Meeting :
1). List can be submitted on next meeting.
2). Due to Examination ..Sunday school is not running properly in all mandali. Parish Yuva sangh gave instruction to all mandali to start Sunday school as soon as possible.
-Parish Yuva Sangh Given Idea for Home visit in mandali Level.
3). 50 % Fund of MandaliYuva Sangh will be submitted on the Next Meeting 17.4.2011.
4). Funding will be done in the month of April and submission will be done in the same month.
5). Kusmunda Mandali is the Venue for the Korba Yuva Sangh Bible Class 2011 and the Date will be 6 to 8 May 2011
6). Funding is not yet started in all mandali. Parish Yuva Sangh instructed to collect fund as soon as possible.
7). Welcome of Guest will be done by Kusmunda mandali and the Badges will be made by Dingapur and C.S.E.B. Korba Area.
8). Teachers are Selected but not finalized .
9). Mandali Yuva sangh will submit the name for Mini -Summer Classes to Parish Yuva Sangh Sachiv.
10). Arrangements are not yet done..the Discussion of it will be continued for the Next Meeting.
